Why I Built This

It all started with my 2-month-old son needing a passport photo.

Like most parents, we really didn't want to bundle up a newborn and drag him to Walgreens just for a simple photo. So I searched for an online solution — something that could resize to official specs and remove the background to white.

What I found? Nothing worked well.

Every app I tried either couldn't handle the size requirements, did a terrible job with background removal, or required multiple tools stitched together. None of them gave me a clean, compliant passport photo in one simple flow.

So I built this.

I'm a software engineer, and I created this tool as a side project for my own use. It combines proper sizing (US, EU passport specs), AI-powered background removal, and an intuitive interface — all in one place.

I shared it with friends who had the same frustration. They loved it. So now I'm making it available to everyone.

No trips to the store. No expensive fees. No hassle.
